Cancellation (Rescission by Customer)
• Customer rescission( at least 7 days before the date of the arrival) requires the prior written acceptance by Property Management LTD
• In the event Property Management LTD shall not accept a cancellation by the Customer, prices agreed shall be due and payable
• In the event of default of Property Management LTD, the Customer shall have the right to defend itself
• In the event of timely written cancellation for goods or services by Property Management LTD shall have no right to claim damages or compensation
• Property Management LTD may charge flat-rate compensation for damages incurred and the Customer shall be obliged to pay for such damages in amounts of eighty percent (80%) of the contractually agreed property rates for lodging and seventy percent (70%) for food or beverage
Rescission by Property Management LTD
• Property Management LTD shall be entitled to rescind an agreement for any reservation(s) that was (were) made without payment guarantees in cash, bank instruments, credit card(s) or other.
• Property Management LTD shall be entitled to rescission in the event of a materially justifiable cause, such as force majeure or other circumstances for which Property Management LTD can reasonably not be held responsible
• Property Management LTD shall be entitled to rescission if Property Management LTD shall have received misleading or false information regarding major facts, such as identity of the Customer or a purpose for which Property Management LTD has justifiable cause to believe that its smooth operation, security or public reputation may be at a risk. In such event, Property Management LTD shall be obliged to immediately notify whatsoever to claim compensation or damages.
