La Riviere Anglaise (English River) is an administrative district of Seychelles located on the island of Mahé.
English River is one of the closest district to the town center. R.A as it is known by most of its habitants is represented by a Heron which is constantly catching a fish in its river. English River also have a large number of sub districts. From the town towards the North Castor Road -> Given by the so-called famous slave called Castor R.A Gulf Union Vale Ma Joie Quincy Village -> Named after Queau De Quincy
