Sidi Bou Said Governorate (Arabic: ولاية سيدي بوزيد‎) is one of the twenty-four governorates (provinces) of Tunisia. It is situated in central Tunisia. It covers an area of 6,994 km² and has a population of 396,000 (2004 census). The capital is Sidi Bou Said.
