Mandoul is one of the 18 regions of Chad. Located in the south of the country, it corresponds with part of the former prefecture of Moyen-Chari. The regional capital is Koumra which is the sixth largest town in the country (population 26,700 according to the 1993 census). Latitude: 8.910°N; Longitude: 17.550°E. The main products are subsistence agriculure and cotton.
